This unique, one-street, in-fill neighborhood in Old Goodwood features four Tuscan-Mediterranean homes. With outdoor renovations completed on two homes, all of the homeowners wanted to incorporate the same Mediterranean concept in the common areas of the subdivision.

The existing stucco walls were refinished and front planters added to accentuate the neighborhood signage to provide scale and give the entrance a more grand feeling. The Italian Cypress trees were carried down the main road in alternating rhythm with a Japanese Yew hedge between the wall panels.

Landscape lighting was a challenge for such a tight space along the road. Each column is lit, while the panels containing the Italian Cypress trees are illuminated to create a silhouette effect.
